Joyously married to my beloved for 24 years. We are a blended family of five children. This blog is an attempt to journal my thoughts, struggles, growth and learning in the process of wifehood, motherhood and being a slave of the King!
If you are mad keen to learn more about me then you can read my ‘about’ page but if this is your first time to my site, then you’d best pop here.
One day I’ll share a recipe and the next I’ll post on the evils of social media. I write mainly about my life, homeschooling, home-making, social media, blogging and photography as it pertains to a Christian and the Bible. My greatest passion and desire in life is to share the love and grace of God. (see more…)
I write sporadically on a few different topics: My Heart contains journal entries, confessions, thoughts, opinions whilst My Home is where I share about movies, books, recipes, health, reviews, special days and photography.
My Homeschool is where I write about homeschooling, bible based education, english, maths, science, arts, domestic science, educational philosophy, getting started, high school, history & geography, efficiency, a lifestyle of learning, maths, unit studies and more.
My Online Life is where I talk about wordpress, web design, social media, privacy and I also share links to freebies and great sites.
Articles are simply that: Articles I have written for other publications and the best of… are all the posts that either I have thoroughly enjoyed writing or have received a lot of comments from readers.

Have I mentioned how stunningly beautiful you are? No wonder your daughters look gorgeous.
Oh my, thank you dear DoE,
But yes, my girls are beautiful

This post wasn’t meant to make it to the feeds but you caught it. It’s not a new post but I’m trying to rearrange my site and give it yet another makeover

I’m sorry Susan. That was a purely impulse post. I was struck by those photographs and jsut blurted it out. *blush*
Oh don’t apologise. I think I must look like an egotistical freak, posting about myself all the time but Im just trying to get the ‘look’ of my blog the way I want it and so that included a sticky message at the top on the front page. Which meant another ‘me’ post. I feel self conscious about posting about me.
But thank you. One day, I would love to see a piccie of you- maybe via email where it is a little more private?
